Call our office during business hours (714-662-2345, 9:00-5:00 M-F PT) and we can look up your order and generate a replacement ticket or voucher that will be held at the Box Office Will Call for you to pick up the day of the show.Q. Where is my seat?A. Seating is assigned in the order purchases are received, taking into account prior subscriptions, specific mobility requests, and support of the Chorale.Q. When do you send out the tickets?A. Tickets are mailed at the latest a week prior to an event. Tickets purchased within 7 days of an event are held at the Will Call window at the Box Office.Q. Can I buy a discounted subscription after the season begins?A. Season subscription ticket packages are available for purchase until the day of the first season concert. After the first concert, you cannot buy a subscription. |
