Individual & Planned Giving
There’s something about the human voice raised in song that strikes a chord deep inside all of us. Your investment, no matter how large or small, will help Pacific Chorale continue to make a profound difference in your community, while ensuring that this amazing art form continues to thrive in Orange County and throughout the nation.
Friends of Pacific Chorale
What is life without friends? The Friends of Pacific Chorale (gifts of $100 to $999) consist of individuals who want to show their support and be a part of the Pacific Chorale family. Through their gifts, Friends members recognize the value of providing accessible choral music education and music programs in our community and want to ensure that Pacific Chorale continues to be one of America’s best choirs. As members, Friends of Pacific Chorale also enjoy selected benefits for their generous support.
A Cappella Society
A cappella music — vocal music without instrumental accompaniment —presents choral music in its purest form. A Cappella Society members (gifts of $1,000 to $9,999) represent our most loyal and dedicated patrons, the heart of Pacific Chorale. These community members, businesses, corporations and foundations have made a significant commitment to the choral art form and to strengthening Pacific Chorale’s musical mission. A Cappella Society members also enjoy selected benefits for their support.
Conductor’s Society patrons (gifts of $10,000 or more) lead by example with their outstanding generosity. We are truly honored by their support and are grateful for their vision. Conductor’s Society members are entitled to our most exclusive privileges.
The Encore Society recognizes and honors those who have included Pacific Chorale as part of their estate planning. By remembering Pacific Chorale in a will, an insurance policy or retirement plan, by establishing a charitable remainder trust, or through any other planned-giving vehicle, you have the opportunity to leave a definite legacy and ensure the preservation of quality choral music and education. Have you ever considered extending your generosity beyond your lifetime?

Pacific Chorale is committed to providing the highest quality performances and recordings of choral masterworks of the past, creating masterworks of the future, and educating audiences of all ages. Concert sponsorship gifts play a critical role in the success of Pacific Chorale’s music programs by bridging the gap between expenses and ticket revenues. We invite you to explore these opportunities with a member of our team, who can help create a benefits package to match your philanthropic interests in the community, and in particular, with Pacific Chorale.
Celebrate milestones, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and graduations, and honor the memory of relatives and friends! The Pacific Chorale Tribute Fund provides you with an opportunity to express your feelings in a truly distinctive and memorable way.

Corporate & Foundation Giving
Corporate and Foundation support is an essential component of our annual fund. Grants from corporations and foundations provide the vehicle for Pacific Chorale to bring choral music to the community through performances and outreach programs. Each year, Pacific Chorale reaches over 50,000 individuals through these activities.
Corporate and Foundation support can be specifically designated toward the following categories:
- General operating support
- Specific concerts or concert series
- Commissioning of new works
- Education programs, including:
- – Passage to the Arts
- – Intro to the Arts
- – Choral Festival
- – Concert previews and lecture series
- – Educational “Meet the Composer” projects
Did you know that your personal gift to Pacific Chorale may be doubled or even tripled? Many companies participate in matching gift programs and quarterly, bi-annually and/or annually match their employees’ donations to community nonprofits. For purposes of recognition, Pacific Chorale is pleased to credit matching gifts along with an individual’s personal gift.
