Pacific Chorale is proud to be participating in an exciting fundraiser hosted by South Coast Plaza!
36 Southern California arts organizations have contributed one-of-a-kind fabulously decorated trees for a spectacular exhibit and auction taking place November 14-December 4 at the internationally renowned shopping destination in Costa Mesa. The trees are on view for free to the public 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 12 p.m.-7 p.m. Sunday at The Pavilion, an open-air space at South Coast Plaza’s north parking structure.
Pacific Chorale’s tree is decorated by designer David Navarro of Jacob Maarse Floral Design in Pasadena, with Artistic Director Robert Istad personally participating in the decorating.
The public will have an opportunity to bid on the trees in a charity auction, with all proceeds directly benefiting the corresponding organization. Trees will be delivered to the winners in time for their holiday celebrations. South Coast Plaza will make an additional donation to three organizations, awarded for outstanding design as selected by a panel of judges: $2,500 for the third prize winner; $5,000 for the second prize winner and $10,000 for the grand prize winner. The winning organizations will be announced December 4th.
