COST

Land + air = $5,100
Land only = $4,100. Remember that you will be responsible for THREE flights: US to Europe, Munich to London, and Europe back to US. Ground transportation from Munich airport to Salzburg will be provided according to the “company” arrival time, so plan accordingly.
Single Supplement = Approx. $800

ACCELERATED SCHEDULE (PAYMENTS STARTED IN JUNE 2022 OR LATER)
Due upon registration – $500 deposit
August 1, 2022 – $1,000/ $750 land only
October 1, 2022 – $1,200/ $950 land only
January 1, 2023 – $1,200/ $950 land only
March 1, 2023 – $1,200/ $950 land only

FAQ

Request your Tour Central login

Flight deviations – Can I arrive early, or leave late?
Yes. There is a $100 fee to make the change, plus any difference in the airfare from the group flights. (The $100 change fee is per person, not per leg.)

Here’s how to request a deviation:

  1. Log on to your profile at Tour Central and click on the “Special Requirements” tab. Make sure your profile is complete, as ACFEA cannot act on your behalf until it is.
  2. Answer “yes” to the question “Do you want travel arrangements that differ from the group” AND click on the Individual Travel Request. Complete the ITR using the group name “Pacific Chorale.
  3. Remember that if you are arriving separately in Europe, ground transportation from Munich airport to Salzburg will be provided according to the “company” arrival time, so plan accordingly.

What is the cut-off date for making final decisions about deviations or land-only itineraries?
You will have more and cheaper options the earlier you make this decision. After February 1, ACFEA’s change fee increases from $100 to $200 and you will also be subject to airline change fees.

Since the group is split up between two flights, how do I make sure that I get on the same flight as my spouse/ partner/ friend?
We get final approval over who is assigned to which flight. If you registered yourself and guest(s) together, we have that information on file and will be sure to assign you together. If you have a travel buddy who is registered separately, please email Molly with your request.

Can I request a single room?
Yes. The single supplement is about $800. You can request a single supplement via your profile at Tour Central, and please make arrangements with Molly to pay the $800 upgrade fee.

Travel insurance
Travel insurance is available on ACFEA Tour Central. It is not required. You can buy it any time before we leave.
