On the evening of October 30th, Pacific Chorale made a glorious return to the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall after a (not so brief) twenty-two-month hiatus. While many things may have changed over the past few years, the one thing that has not changed is the excitement and electricity one feels in the air during a live musical performance. And we are so excited to be back in the Concert Hall.
No longer will we take for granted the power music has to connect and serve many different communities. Our community of singers come from many, many different backgrounds, and they are in Pacific Chorale because they want to add their voice to something greater than themselves. In return, their passion and artistry is shared with the greater community through performances that move us, heal our souls, foster empathy, and improve the mental wellbeing of all who listen.
This holiday season, as you and your family gather in celebration, please consider making a gift to Pacific Chorale so that we may continue our important work. This is a significant time in Pacific Chorale’s rich history, and it is only with the generosity of our beloved patrons that we will be able to continue to inspire the community through artistry and innovation in choral performances and education programs.
Vina Williams, an incredibly talented singer who performed with Pacific Chorale for over 40 years and a distinguished Board Director Emeritus, truly understands the power of music. From now until December 31st, all gifts up to $10,000 will be matched dollar for dollar by Vina and her husband Tom. Now is a great time to contribute because your gift will have double the impact. Your contribution—no matter the amount—counts now more than ever!
Thank you for your continued support. We are so appreciative of those who have lifted us up through the last few years. Please know that we are still singing because of our faithful supporters, and we will never take that for granted.
