Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Performance prices, dates, artists, and programs are subject to change.

Use of cameras and other recording devices during performances is prohibited.

Latecomers and those who exit during a performance may not be admitted entry until an appropriate pause in the performance.

All audience members must be ticketed to enter the performance venue. Lap-sitting and babes in arms are not permitted.

Your Pacific Chorale ticket purchase includes a non-refundable 9% processing fee on single ticket sales. This fee helps us offset box office-related costs such as software licensing, web services, postage, supplies and equipment, and credit card processing.

Subscription package orders are subject to a $1.50 fee per concert ticket. Subscription fees are non-refundable

We offer multiple delivery options for receiving your tickets. (Some options may not be available for certain performances or venues.) During the online checkout process, under “Shipping Information,” click “Change Your Delivery Preference” to choose between Print at Home (sent via email as a PDF from contactus@pacificchorale.org), Hold at Box Office, and US First Class Mail.

Print at Home tickets need to be physically printed in order to be scanned upon your arrival at the venue. If you do not have access to a printer, please choose a different delivery method.

Be sure to check your spam folder if Print at Home tickets do not arrive in your email inbox within 30 minutes; spam filters often screen out the PDF file attachment as a security precaution. Print at Home tickets are sent in a separate email from your order confirmation.

First Class Mail delivery is only available 10 days or more prior to a performance, to ensure your tickets have enough time to reach you. Tickets are mailed out approximately 6 weeks prior to the performance date.

Tickets may be exchanged for another concert within the same season at no additional cost, unless an upgrade to a higher-priced seat is requested. Exchanges must be requested no later than 48 hours before your originally scheduled performance. To request an exchange, contact our Box Office by email at contactus@pacificchorale.org or by phone at (714) 662-2345 (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 5pm).

Refunds are not offered less than 24 hours prior to a performance. Instead, tickets may be exchanged for another performance, the funds may be credited to your account for future use, or the purchase may be converted to a tax-deductible donation.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts also sells tickets for Pacific Chorale presentations taking place on their campus. Orders placed through the Segerstrom Center for the Arts website or box office are subject to the Center’s fees and policies, which may differ from Pacific Chorale’s. See https://www.scfta.org/plan-your-visit/faqs for more information. Pacific Chorale does not have access to make changes to these orders; any change requests must be made through the Segerstrom Center box office at 714-556-2787.

Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive a 30% discount and waived fees on their order! Please call Pacific Chorale at 714-662-2345 or email contactus@pacificchorale.org to inquire about pricing and seat availability for group orders.

Orders placed more than 6 weeks prior to the performance may be paid in two installments; otherwise, group sales must be paid for in a single charge.

Tickets will be mailed to or held in the name of a designated contact who is responsible for distributing them to group members. Please keep a record of which seats have been assigned to which group member; lost tickets cannot be replaced unless the exact seat locations are known.

For certain performances taking place at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Pacific Chorale may offer tickets on the day of the performance at a discounted flat rate for seniors 65+ and students with valid ID. When available, rush tickets may be purchased in person at the box office beginning one hour prior to the performance. Rush tickets are not sold online.

PLEASE NOTE: These discounts do not apply to Tis the Season! Performances.

Group student tickets may be arranged in advance through Pacific Chorale’s Intro to the Arts [linky] program. Contact education@pacificchorale.org for more information.

Pacific Chorale offers complimentary tickets to all branches of currently-serving Military, Veterans, and first responders through VetTix.org and 1sttix.org.

Tickets may be returned to Pacific Chorale as a tax-deductible donation. To receive a tax credit, you must contact the Box Office no later than 24 hours before the originally scheduled performance, and a donation receipt will be mailed to you.

Please be courteous toward other guests enjoying the performance.
