Described as "luminously expressive" with a "silvery voice" that "moves from innocence to devastation with an actor's ease," Anna loves bringing new voices, stories, and musical ideas to life. She has performed in several world premieres, most notably creating the role of Bibi in the world premiere of Ellen Reid's Pulitzer Prize-winning opera p r i s m in a performance described as "revelatory.” She is also credited with premiering the roles in Anne LeBaron's LSD: The Opera, Vera Ivanova's chamber opera The Double, and Kate Soper's acclaimed new opera The Romance of the Rose. Recently, she performed the soprano role in Kate Soper's "philosophy-opera" Ipsa Dixit, which earned glowing reviews for her vocal acrobatics and her masterful dramatic interpretation.

Other performance highlights include the role of Controller in Jonathan Dove's Flight, Lise in the Philip Glass opera Les Enfants Terribles, and Arianna in Handel's Giustino, as well as concert soloist repertoire such as Haydn's Die Schöpfung, Bernstein's MASS, Carmina Burana, and various Baroque oratorios. In addition, she has made company debuts with several renowned ensembles, including the LA Phil, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Portland Symphony Orchestra, LA Opera, Theatro Municipal São Paulo, Long Beach Opera, Wild Up, Beth Morrison Projects, the Prototype Festival, Salzburger Festspiele, and the Edinburgh Festival. Anna launches her 2026|27 season as the soloist in Oliver Leith’s Garland with Wild Up, followed by a debut with the Buffalo Philharmonic creating the role of Clare in the world premiere of Richard Danielpour’s oratorio Francis.

Outside the realm of classical vocals, Anna enjoys a versatile career as a session singer. Her solo soprano vocals and extended techniques can be heard dramatically soaring over orchestra and choir in films such as Birds of Prey and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, as well as series like Midnight Mass, Raised by Wolves, and Only Murders in the Building.
