A long-time resident of Orange County, Janis Morse has over three decades of experience in nonprofit development, program management, and strategic communications.

Janis has served as a development executive, consultant, and grant proposal writer for nonprofits across multiple sectors during her career. Her work has supported organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs, SOL-LA Music Academy, Alliance for Children’s Rights, and The Young Americans (arts education ambassadors), a group she also performed and toured with from ages 14-21. Her roles have encompassed fundraising strategy, grant proposal writing, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, event production, and building collaborative partnerships.

Her background also includes experience in entertainment law and media production in her role as Executive Director of Entertainment Business Group, where she managed operations, PR campaigns, and promotional content for film and television projects.

Janis enjoys being with her family, traveling, singing, hiking, and spending time at the beach, making Orange County an ideal place to call home.
